Stop Juggling, Start Living is a podcast by me, Rachel Friedli, for mums with stressed-out teen daughters who are putting their own needs to the bottom of the pile.

In this episode, I discuss how it’s important to connect with yourself and your body, give yourself some headspace and create that little bit of time for yourself, even when you don’t have the energy.

They can be as simple as:

  • getting out in nature

  • reading a magazine while the kettle boils

  • doing a few stretches

  • focusing on your breathing

By building, not adding, these simple, achievable small moments of doing something for yourself into your day, they can help reconnect you to yourself and build your confidence by not always putting your needs at the bottom of the pile.
