She’s not broken
She just hasn’t been given the right tools. Yet.
An 8 week programme for girls aged 11-16 that teaches her everything schools don’t, about her brain, her body, her feelings, her cycles, and how to actually feel okay in her own skin.
You know something’s off
You just don’t know how to reach her.
She's snappy, or withdrawn, or anxious, or all three at once. She's exhausted but can't sleep. She's on her phone constantly but somehow lonelier than ever. She says she's fine and you know she isn't.
You've tried talking to her. You've tried giving her space. You've Googled everything. You've wondered if it's you, if it's the school, if it's the phone, if this is just what teenagers are now.
Here's what nobody's told you: her behaviour isn't the problem. It's the signal.
Her nervous system is running on empty. She's been handed a world that overwhelmed her body before she had the tools to handle it. The anxiety, the mood swings, the silence, her body is doing exactly what bodies do when they've never been taught how to reset.
“We can’t talk it out of our girls. But we can support them through the Whole Body Reset.”
That’s what this programme does. And it works because it starts with the body, not the mind.
What you’ll see change
Not what she’ll be told. What you’ll actually notice, at home, over 8 weeks.
RIGHT NOW
Comes home straight from school/education and goes straight to her room
Snaps at you for no reason, then feels awful about it
Can’t explain why she feels so bad. She just does
Scrolls when she’s anxious.Gets more anxious
Dreads her period. No idea why it’s worse some months
Tired all the time. Wired at bedtime
Thinks something is ‘wrong’ with her
AFTER 8 WEEKS
Has an actual toolkit for when things get BIG
Can name what she’s feeling and knows it’ll pass
Understands what’s happening in her body and why
Reaches for movement or breath instead of the scroll
Knows her cycle like a superpower, not a problem
Sleeps better. Has more energy. Feels more like herself
Knows that nothing is ‘wrong’ with her
The bit that surprises mums the most? She’ll come home and actually tell you what she learned. Because for the first time, someone explained her own body to her in a way that finally made sense, and she can’t wait to share it.
It starts with a ball.
It ends with her trusting herself.
Every session begins the same way. She walks in. A big yoga ball is waiting for her. Music is on. And within minutes. something shifts before a single word has been said about anything.
That’s not an accident. The ball activates her proprioceptive system, the part of her nervous system that regulates her from the inside out, through micro-movement, gentle bounce, and physical contact with something steady. She’s already resetting before the session starts.
Then the group shake. The whole group stands together, shakes it all out - hands, arms, shoulders, hips, the whole body, for 90 seconds. Every session. It sounds simple. It is simple. It’s also exactly what the nervous system needs to get rid of whatever she’s walked in carrying. After 8 weeks, she does it at home.
This is body first learning. She doesn’t just hear about her nervous system. She feels it settle in real time. She doesn’t just learn about emotional regulation, she does it with her own body, on the ball, in the room with other girls who get it. The understanding comes after and it sticks because it’s attached to something she felt.
