Why I Built This…

I’m a mum who’s lived this

I’ve stood at the top of the stairs, fists clenched, tears in my eyes thinking…

What the actual fck is happening?

What am I doing wrong?

Why does it feel like I’m failing at the one thing that matters the most?

I’ve tried too stay calm.

I’ve lost it anyway.

I’ve walked away, shaking, ashamed, swearing I’d do better again tomorrow…

and then it all kicked off again.

But underneath the chaos was something no one ever told me to look for:

feelings. nervous system communication. need.

When I stopped reacting to the behaviour and started noticing what was underneath it, everything shifted.

We don’t fight like we used to.

I don’t spiral like I used to.

And I don’t walk on eggshells any more.

I built WTF because I know what it’s like to feel broken by motherhood and to claw your way back, baby step at a time.

This isn’t some neat little parenting plan.

It’s the thing I needed the most, when I was drowning in all the shizz.

and now I’m building it with you.
