You’re not broken. You’re just feeling a lot - and that’s ok.
Support for girls and young women aged 9-25 who feel anxious, overwhelmed, left out, or just like they don’t fit in.
Does any of this sound like you?
You feel anxious, tired, or like you’re pretending 24/7 just to fit in
You feel stuck, numb, or empty
You’ve hurt yourself or thought about it
You snap at people and you don’t know why
You just want to feel normal again (whatever that means…)
If you’ve nodded at any of this - you’re not the only one.
You’re not “too much”.
You just haven’t had the right support yet.
What you really want is…
To understand what’s really going on
To feel calmer in your body and clearer in your mind
To stop spiralling and start coping in the moment, not days later
To speak up, set boundaries and be yourself without feeling lie you have to change who you are
To know that how you feel makes sense - even if no one’s ever said that before
Here’s how I can help
I’m Rach - some people call me The Teen Whisperer.
I help girls and young women who feel everything, think a lot, and carry more than people realise.
If you’re overwhelmed, anxious, or just tired of pretending, I help you figure out what’s gong on inside, and what to do about it.
This isn’t counselling - it’s coaching
That means:
You don’t have to talk about your past or share stuff you’re not ready for
We focus on what’s happening right now - how your nervous system, your body, your brain and your 28 day menstrual cycle all work together (or don’t…)
You’ll learn simple science based tools that actually help in the moment - when you’re anxious, spiralling, panicked, shut down or just trying to hold it together
It’s not about fixing you.
It’s about helping you feel enough to be yourself.
The result?
You feel more calm, more clear, more confident
You understand that behaviour are messages from the body
You stop pretending and start feeling like you again
Not ready to talk yet?
That’s okay.
Not everyone is ready to start right away but you can still stay connected:
