You’re not failing. You’re parenting through something no one prepared you for.
Support for mums of girls - tweens, teens - and young women who feel like they’re too much, shut down, or struggling to cope.
Get tools, clarity and calm so you can help her - without burning out yourself.
Does any of this sound like you?
Your daughter has meltdowns, panic attacks, hides in her room or self-harms
You’re not sure if it’s “just teenage years” or something more
She’s starting to believe that something else is going on - maybe autism, ADHD or an anxiety disorder
You feel like you’re walking on eggshells, second guessing every reaction
You’re scared you’ll make things worse
You feel isolated - like everyone else has it all sorted and no one really understands
If any of this is landing with you - you’re not alone.
And you’re not a bad mum.
You just haven’t had the right support yet.
What you really want is…
For her to feel safe in her body and mind
For her to understand what she needs
For her to express her feelings without shame, explosions or other behaviours
To meet her where she’s at and support her with calm, not chaos
To feel confident in your parenting and reassured you’re not missing anything
To know there’s an explanation for what’s going on and that it makes sense
To feel connected to her, not in constant conflict or distance
It’s about feeling equipped, connected and confident - no matter what the day throws at you.
Here’s how I can help
I’m Rach - some people call me The Teen Whisperer.
I work with mums of sensitive, anxious or struggling girls especially those who are shutting down, lashing out or hurting themselves to cope.
I’ve been there, right where you are now - worried, confused, and trying to figure it out without making it worse.
This isn’t parenting advice - it’s practical, science based support
We focus on what’s happening right now not just at the past
We look beneath the behaviours not just at the surface
You’ll learn simple tools to calm your nervous system (and hers)
You’ll know what works for your daughter, and what doesn’t
It’s not about fixing her.
It’s about helping her ( and you) feel safe enough to be yourselves.
The result?
You feel calmer. clearer and more confident. She feels safer, more understood and better able to cope with your support. And together, you feel closer even on the toughest of days.
Your next step
You don’t have to decide everything now, just take the first step toward feeling calmer, clearer and more confident in supporting her.
Remember you’re not failing. She’s not broken.
You both just need support that actually works.
Not ready to talk yet?
That’s okay, sometimes the first step is just staying in the loop.
