✨ Empowering Your Daughter to Shine Brightly! ✨
Let’s be honest—schools often miss the mark on teaching essential life lessons.
In a world filled with challenges, your daughter deserves more than just survival skills; she needs a transformational experience that equips her to thrive. The Glow Support Groups are designed specifically for girls aged 12-16, offering a safe space to work through anxiety, self-esteem issues, and social pressures. Here, she will not only learn essential life skills but also discover her inner strength, embrace her individuality, and foster connections that last a lifetime.
With hands-on, interactive modules, your daughter will gain skills she needs to not just survive but thrive. We cover everything from brain fitness and stress management to mastering sleep, nutrition, and emotional intelligence. This isn’t just about getting by; it’s about building a stronger relationship with herself and her future.
What makes Glow different?
At Glow, we redefine empowerment through a holistic lens. Our physiology-first approach delves deep into how your daughter’s breath, heart, and mind work together to create a solid foundation for emotional well-being. We don’t just scratch the surface—we cultivate a rich environment where personal development and community support flourish. Your daughter will experience:
Real Transformation: Rather than quick fixes, we focus on nurturing her entire being—mentally, emotionally, and physically.
Tailored Experiences: Each session is designed to resonate with her unique journey, encouraging her to embrace her strengths and work through challenges.
Proven Techniques: We utilise evidence-based practices that foster resilience, creativity, and critical thinking.
But it’s not just about the skills - the Glow Support Groups are also about creating a vibrant community where she can connect with other girls who truly get her. Through outdoor adventures, creative activities, and honest conversations, she’ll gain the tools to navigate social media pressures, tricky friendships, and the emotional rollercoaster that comes with being a teen.
Don’t let your daughter face these challenges alone!

FAQs
My daughter has been bullied and is scared of meeting new people…
I get it, truly I do however most of the girls in the group will have been bullied at one time and another. Plus me and my daughter, Nic have been bullied too. Your daughter will be part of a group who get how she’s feeling and possibly feel the same. I will send out a questionnaire that asks specific questions so that I can ensure (to the best of my ability) that no bullying happens. If your daughter feels there is so please assure her that she can come to me with any concerns.
My daughter really wants to join but doesn’t do well in big groups…
Tell her it’s ok as the groups are meant to be small so there will only be a maximum of 10 girls. The idea is that everyone has a chance to speak (text) if they want to. There is no pressure for her to do anything she isn’t comfortable with.
My daughter wants me to be with her…
You can come and meet us together before the group starts or stay for the session if she’s more comfortable with that. Her comfort and safety is paramount to this work.
I would really like my daughter to join you but I can’t afford it right now..
Do not worry this programme will be rolling out throughout the year so she can join when you have the available money
