You might be feeling a mix of emotions right now—anger, frustration, confusion—after learning you’ll be working with me through one of my programmes. Most importantly, you’re probably wondering how this is going to affect you and your life.
I want to assure you that no matter how we connect—whether through a support group, via school, or in a 1:1 session—this space is entirely for you. Think of it as a sanctuary where you can access all the information and support you need, free from the judgment or repercussions from your social circle.

If it helps, this is what my daughter said about how our relationship changed through this work..
Mum now understands me and my moods, no longer does she try to ‘make it better’ she lets me be and by doing this, I let her be when she’s feeling bad too. She understands that I don’t always have control over my emotions so it isn’t my fault when I screamed at her or slammed doors in her face.
She now gets when I want to be left on my own and when I want her support. I know she’s there for me whatever I am feeling and I love the openness of our relationship.
I’m not saying it’s taken all the agro out of things but she has helped me to understand how I am feeling and work through stuff so it’s easier for me to manage. She has also helped me to know what to say to others when situations out of my control are getting to me.
She just gets me, it’s as simple as that…
Yeh I still get angry at her at times but these meltdowns are so far and few between, that it’s easier to manage. I now don’t feel quite as mortified as I have in the past, when I’ve hit out at her and hurt her even though I didn’t mean it.
Sometimes when she’s tired she resorts back to those old parenting strategies that just don’t work, but these are in the minority now..
Our relationship is so much better than it has ever been, we even make plans to go out together and have fun doing outdoorsy things like mountain biking and walking the dog. She’s even learning to climb so we can partner up and belay each other on walls.
I know she’s still my Mum but now we have a relationship based on trust and respect, not punishments and grounding. We work through things together and come up with a solution that works for both of us.
